So I'm thinking it's time for Xanga to come to an end.  Everyone has moved on to facebook and myspace.  Which, sad to say, I was sucked into the world of myspace a couple of weeks ago. 

I'll still be checking the select few xanga sites that my friends still have from time to time.  But I hope (if you haven't already) that you join me on myspace.  It's really not that bad...just addicting.

New Kitchen!!!!

O.k. so it's not quite all the way done yet.  Basically, all that's left is to stain the little kitchen table and tile/paint the walls.  Before I show you the end result, I'd like to take you back to the past 7 months or so.  This is what it looked like about a month into it:

Lovely right?  My parents literally lived by a microwave using only paper plates/cups/etc. for about 6 months.  But here, my friends, is what our kitchen looks like now...

I think I'm gonna like it.

Not much going on.

I'm pretty much overly excited for tonight's season premier of Grey's Anatomy.  serious wootage.

Things are pretty good.  Classes are o.k. for now.  Practicum is getting interesting.  BASiC is always amazing.  Family's great.  Friends are great (except one who refuses to check e-mail).  I have my dad's car for the weekend.  I like rainy days.  Not enjoying being at school for over 13 hours on Thursdays.  Oh well.

I'll end with a rather embarassing moment for myself.  I went to Bucky's this morning to get my amazing mixture of dark roast coffee and white chocolate cappachino.  As I walked in the door the floor was wet (obviously).  But their floors are really smooth and so are the bottoms of my flip flops.  Needless to say, I ended up on the ground.  I had a good laugh about it with the cashier which she admitted to doing that many many times.  It made me feel a little better.  ah...good times my friends.
